How to get started

All classes held in main studio unless otherwise noted.
"Drop In" means there is no need to preregister-
just show up 10 minutes early. These classes are
held on an ongoing basis. Discount passes available on pricing page.
"Series"
means that the class is run for 6 weeks (unless otherwise
noted) and preregistration is required.
"Workshop" means that it is a one time class for which preregistration is required. Class passes not valid for workshops.

Please
help keep Three Trees Yoga a sanctuary for all by observing the following:
remove shoes before entering the
studio
turn off cell phones or pagers
arrive a few minutes early
do not enter or leave the classroom
during meditation or savasana
to honor those with sensitivities please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne
in cold and flu season - although yoga can strengthen the immune system - do a home practice until you are no longer contagious
children 11 and older are welcome to join adult classes if they are able to stay focused and respectful of the quiet environment
