Sacred Sounday a Workshop: In Studio with Katie Hardin

Find your meditative flow of breath, mantra and body. Become in sync with a greater collective through expressive rhythmic dance, drum or rattle. Come shake off the dust on your light and sing from you heart Kirtan! Or bathe in the hood vibrations of listening to the Sacred Sounday crystal singing bowls and gong. Bring your own drum or mala if you got one or share in ours. Let’s raise the vibration together as a mandala for peace, starting with ourselves.
