Join Katie Bonnett for 6 weeks of summer self-care with this series that combines gentle movements, restorative postures, guided meditation and cooling breath practices designed to keep the body, mind and nervous system serene and at ease as summer heat sets in. Gentle Yoga is a great way to ease into a yoga practice, whether you are a beginner or returning from a hiatus from the mat. It can benefit those transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle, healing from an injury or physical limitations, as well as anyone who would like to calm the nervous system.
