Creative Sound ~ A Collaborative Sound & Painting Experience Workshop: In Studio with Katie Beloved & Gina Rusconi
July 13 – 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Join us as we explore the Root Chakra, the fertile soil in which the seeds of our existence grow and flourish.
Katie will set the tone for inspiration, bathing us with the harmonious sounds of her chakra-tuned singing bowls and helping us tune into our bodies, with posture unwinding breaks, chanting and breathing techniques.
Gina will lead us through the meditative painting process, Intentional Creativity, guiding us in an exploration of our own personal roots and setting of intentions to bloom in the Summer months.
No painting experience necessary.
All supplies will be provided.

Cost: Individual $60, Couple $110
