Creative Sound ~ A Collaborative Sound & Painting Workshop: In Studio with Katie Beloved & Gina Rusconi

Join Katie Hardin-Beloved and Gina Rusconi for an inspiring afternoon of painting and soundbath.
Our second energy center harbors the creative tide waters of our emotional body & connection to the moon. Katie will guide us through a crystal singing bowl sound and yoga journey to inspire our creativity and connect us to our sacral chakra. Gina will lead us through a painting and guided meditation designed to explore and express this energy center.
Come soothe the waters of your soul through expression of paint and form of your body.
No painting experience necessary.
All supplies will be provided.
