Join Katie Bonnett for this 6-week Gentle Yoga series to cultivate joy. When we feel joy in our yoga practice, our whole being benefits. Explore the ways yoga helps us cultivate joy in our life both on and off the mat through playful, fun and heart centered gentle hatha yoga, meditation and pranayama. Gentle Yoga is a great way to ease into a yoga practice, whether you are a beginner or returning from a hiatus from the mat. It can benefit those transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle, healing from an injury or physical limitations, as well as anyone who would like to calm the nervous system.
