This series is thoughtfully crafted to provide a harmonious blend of gentle movement, heart-centered mindfulness and Loving-kindness meditation. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a newcomer to either and/or meditation, this series offers a welcoming space to explore self-care, inner peace and the transformative power of loving-kindness.
This series is ideal for seniors, individuals transitioning from injury, physical limitations or a sedentary lifestyle, or anyone who enjoys a gentler, mindfulness based practice.
