Day of the Dead Celebration, a Workshop: In Studio with Katie Beloved & Katie Bonnett

Join Three Trees’ dynamic duo – Katie Beloved and Katie Bonnett – for this special three-hour Day of the Dead Celebration.  Day of the Dead, or Dia De Los Muertos, has ancestral indigenous roots as the day of union between the world of the living and the world of the dead.  It is a time when we have the opportunity to honor and connect with the essence of those who are no longer here with us.  This offering invites you to honor and tap into the wisdom of your ancestors with a cacao ceremony and a personal drum shower to connect with your heart, community drum circle to invite your ancestors and lost loved ones, restorative yoga to relax your body and a shamanic journey to meet your ancestors.

 

All attendees are invited to bring a picture or a representative object or trinket to add to our ancestor altar.  Some drums will be available but feel free to bring your own for the drum circle.
