Karen

Karen is a founder of Three Trees Yoga in 2005 and Three Trees Yoga Teacher Training in 2012. Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher through the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care & Society University of Massachusetts Medical School, 2017. Graduate of Pacific Yoga 200 HR 2005 and Subtle Yoga Therapeutic 500 hr in 2014. Through compassionate listening, authenticity and humor she creates a welcoming learning environment that empowers trainees to develop confidence in their ability to teach.

Renee

Renee is a graduate of Three Trees Yoga 200 and 300 RYT. Renee has been a student and teacher of fitness for over 35 years and studied Exercise Science and Health Education in college. She is constantly on a quest of self-study and research to stay abreast of current information in the area of yoga and healing.

Dylan is a graduate of Pacific yoga Teacher Training 200 and 300 hr. Co-Director of the Teacher Training program at Richmond Beach Yoga. He has taught extensively around the Puget Sound region including Seattle’s Taj Yoga, Bellevue College and in various youth shelters. He credits his years of study with Theresa Elliott and Kathryn Payne for learning to be his own authentic, goofy self while teaching proper alignment-based asana.

Pamela is co-founder of Samdhana Karana Yoga; Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Health Counselor through Himalayan Institute; Graduate of Samarya Center Yoga Teacher Training; Graduate of Classical Yoga Prenatal Teacher Training. Yoga Therapist at the VA Medical Center. An MS diagnosis while in the military at the age of 25 was the primary reason she discovered the positive health benefits of yoga. Amanda is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching yoga since 2018, specializing in beginner yoga, gentle yoga, prenatal yoga, children’s yoga, and yoga for all bodies. Gentle classes are tailored to older bodies, bodies with joint replacements, and bodies that need extra care. Hatha classes are tailored to all bodies, with emphasis on giving multiple options to make yoga poses work for all bodies. Amanda is passionate about using yoga for self care, healing, and care for every body. She believes yoga is for strength of mind as well as strength of body. Amanda’s interest for chakras was sparked in 2020 and her fascination with the chakras has only grown as she explores how yoga can help to heal the nervous system and trauma.
